We now have a seventeen strong sales and commercial team focused on the print and scan market. Our new facility in Norfolk houses our OA sales and LFP specialists as well as dedicated sales specialists for Oki, Brother, Samsung and Epson. We also have two dedicated print product managers, one in Norfolk, the other in Basingstoke, in addition to a retail business manager in Basingstoke.

We provide a range of services applicable to retail, B2B and OA customers, offering a range of printers and scanners from Brother, Epson, Lexmark, OKI, HP and Plustek with 3D from XYZprinting. Indeed, services are one of the key value-adds that we offer. Our “power on and print” offering is a key differentiator in the market and one that eliminates DOAs and onsite configuration pain with Exertis Print’s range of pre-delivery services.

• Asset Tagging – prior to shipment Exertis engineering can asset tag any device, reducing the amount of work for onsite engineers which in turn saves time and money for the reseller. For the customer, they have a means to identify, track and control their asset.
• Basic Network Setup – by doing a base level network set up, install times are improved meaning less cost and hassle for the installation team.
• Firmware/ Software Update – ensuring printers have the latest firmware and drivers prior to shipment, helping protect against DOA units and wasted time whilst on site.
• Pre-shipment PDI – Unbox, Install Cartridges and Calibrate, Setup Date/Time/Location, Setup Paper Trays, Test Print, Test Scan (where applicable) and Repackage means that printers arrive ready to plug in and print
• Legacy equipment collection and disposal – disposing of hardware can be time consuming and costly, let alone the cost of transiting the items. We can take that pain away for you.
• Hard Drive destruction and certification – particularly of interest for end users who deal with sensitive information. We can wipe or shred the hard drives from legacy printers to ensure data is secure.
