“Following the success of our Plug In To Exertis event, we now have one dedicated to showcasing the very best AV products and solutions from our line-up of world-leading vendors together with a number of seminar topics and show-floor features”, said Ian Aitken, Exertis Pro AV director. “Our strategy is to change the way AV is sold by responding to market dynamics which require our customers to sell complete solutions that fit the requirements of the modern workplace and public events. Exertis is uniquely positioned to do that, offering the benefits of specialists in Pro AV, UC, mobile and networking, supported by a range of professional services. Our empowering the modern meeting seminar and collaboration suites are examples of how we can help resellers to deliver these solutions.”

In addition to the main exhibition area, there will be two collaboration suites featuring Microsoft Teams and Zoom solutions, along with compatible products, providing alternative propositions for remote working, conferencing and collaboration. Resellers are invited to bring potential customers to see which video conferencing solution best suits their needs. In addition, there will be an LED showcase suite featuring a range of products.

Industry expert, Daniel Lee will deliver the Big Picture keynote speech. Lee is managing director of Hewshott International, a leading independent global consultancy with over 13 years’ experience in providing organisations with AV, Video Conferencing, Acoustics and IT solutions.

The centrally located, seminar theatre will make use of “Silent Disco” headphones to allow the delivery of seminar sessions within the main expo floor without impacting the flow of the event.

  • Empowering the modern meeting – AV is vital in empowering the modern meeting. Room booking systems, Pro Audio, VC and content sharing, all of these elements have a role to play in ensuring a meeting starts on time and achieves its goals. Exertis Pro AV have partnered with some of the leading providers of Meeting Room technology and this session is designed to explain how their individual products can be combined into a solution to empower the meeting.
The session will begin with a presentation by Mike Adams of Zoom, to be followed by Ed Bampfylde from MS Teams, Las Fernando from Lenovo and finally Tony McCool of Exertis.
  • dvLED. The opportunity – Display technology has been undergoing something of a renaissance in recent years. 4KUHD is now mainstream and its adoption has raised the bar. Crystal clear images are now the norm, and anything less than perfect is, for the most part, deemed to be sub-standard. This is as true for large displays in communal areas as it is for the TV in our home, however the challenges faced to deliver on that expectation are not to be under-estimated. Session delivered by Mark Taylor of NEC

The Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) market is projected to surpass $60 billion by 2025₁. Conferencing platforms are expected to witness the highest growth of over 12% during the forecast period.

Samsung, LG, Lenovo, NEC, Philips, Chief, CTOUCH, Peerless and Poly are amongst the vendors participating. For the latest information and how to register: https://www.plugintoexertis-proav.co.uk/ ₁https://www.marketstudyreport.com/reports/unified-communications-uc-market
