Leading gaming headset brand Turtle Beach has announced an agreement to acquire ROCCAT, the German PC peripherals company.

With ROCCAT’s diverse product portfolio, Turtle Beach can add a range of gaming keyboards and mice to their innovative, best-in-class audio products.

This encourages a move into the $1.3 billion PC gaming keyboard and mouse market. The merger also helps to accelerate Turtle Beach towards its goal of building a $100 million PC gaming accessories business.
