Aimed at business users, our handsets incorporate the Exertis 24/24 support service, making them an attractive and alternative proposition for resellers to offer to their customers.

Exertis offers a 24-hour₂ advance handset replacement service on any In-Warranty claims along with a 24-month warranty for the handset.

Launching with Samsung, Exertis will offer the widest range of premium branded refurbished handsets with other brands to follow. The handsets come with the USB cable, wall charger, SIM tool and warranty information.

₂Replacement request must be placed before 3pm for next day delivery on a replacement device.
