On 14 July 2025, DCC plc announced that it had reached an agreement with AURELIUS for the sale of Exertis IT (Info Tech businesses in UK and Ireland), subject to regulatory approval. Businesses in scope comprise Exertis UK| Business and Consumer, Hypertec, Exertis Supplies, Exertis Ireland, Macro EV, Exertis Supply Chain Services, MTR and Ztorm.

The transaction is expected to complete in the fourth quarter of this calendar year, subject to regulatory clearance and DCC remains firmly committed to supporting the Exertis IT businesses during this time, ensuring a successful transition to the new owner.
